Sweet Cheese Roll Recipe- تحضير حلاوة الجبن Sweet cheese roll is an arabic dessert, made of semolina, cheese , water and sugar. This recipe is very tasty and the dough is soft and sweet. They usually use Ikawi cheese(different kind of cheese), but here in my recipe i’ll be using mozzarella cheese because it’s easy and fast to melt. Sfouf We all know sfouf! that yellow cake made of semolina, flour, turmeric, sugar, milk and oil. What does chocolate nuts sfouf sounds!! Delicious, delectable or delightful. What is sfouf? Sfouf is an arabic word which means rows or lines. It named like that because it describes the way we cut the cake in lines. Origin of sfouf: Sfouf is a lebanese semolina turmeric cake . Rice Pudding Recipe Rice pudding is a dish made from boiled rice mixed with milk , sugar, cornstarch and blossom water. Rice pudding is a traditional dessert, easy to make and the ingredients are simple, It's cooling and refreshing and satisfying at the same time. I tried making Rice Pudding several times, and I FAILED. I know I always can buy the ready ones, but why don't I make my own from scratch while I have the ingredients.  Here I am sharing with you  the Rice Pudding recipe from simple ingredients, and the mistakes I did and I shouldn't, and what I did now to make this recipe succeed . Some people don't add the corn starch, which is totally fine since the rice has starch in it, but in this case you have to add more rice. Here in my recipe I'll be using the corn starch because I like it less rice and creamy.       Lebanese dessert-Atayef-قطايف عصافيري Atayef is arabic dessert we make in Ramadan. Atayef is made of dough filled of ashta. You can substitute the ashta with cheese, ground walnuts just add sugar and blossom water, groung coconut and add sugar and blossom water, or make it easy and sweet and filled with chocolate. Today i’ll be sharing my homemade easy Atayef  dough only,everyone can make it. Let’s get into it :) Lebanese Dessert-Atayef-قطايف عصافيري Surprise your family by making homemade atayef. Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 cups warm water 1/4 cup warm milk Direction In a medium biwl , mix the dry ingredients ( flour, sugar, yeast, salt, cornstarch),add the the warm water and mix well using whisker.
