Mango Frozen Yogurt This creamy mango smoothie bowl is ready in less than 5 minutes. This recipe is so simple and it made of 3 ingredients, frozen mango , Greek yogurt and honey. It's healthy and no artificial flavor. It's great choice if you are trying to cut calories or loose weight. I've become smoothie bowl addict. It's thick as if you're having frozen yogurt, "Homemade Frozen Yogurt". Imagine Ice Cream and without machine. WOW! I could eat smoothie bowl for snacks or whenever I crave sugar. I love making my own smoothie bowl at home, where I can add whatever I want to it, whether protein powder or collagen powder. Also, I can choose making them as thick and creamy as I prefer, and add my favorite toppings. When I make my smoothie bowl with Greek Yogurt I don't actually add protein powder, since it is high in protein . I recommend plain yogurt with no added flavor. Strawberry and Cream Smoothie  I was super excited to try out Strawberry And Cream Smoothie. It's rich and creamy, sweet and delicious. Here in this recipe I used Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Light &Fit), you can also use plain Greek yogurt, this way you have to add maple syrup or honey to sweeten. I usually have smoothie right after my workout, something fill me up and healthy at the same time. We all know that Greek yogurt is a significant source of protein and it can be found in 2 percent fat and 0 percent. Also is a wholesome and nutritious snack. Let's get into the recipe... Easy, yummy and creamy smoothie. Ingredients: 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1 cup strawberries 2 tbsp. rice Krispy cereal sliced strawberries for topping 2 tbsp. walnuts 1 tsp chia seeds  Direction: First blend strawberries until smooth, add Greek yogurt and blend well. Transfer to a bowl and top it with cereal, strawberries, walnuts and chia seeds. Drizzle the yogurt on top. Enjoy as much as I did :)
