طريقة تحضير القطر للحلويات
Most of the Arabic desserts need syrup, like Kunafeh , Nammoura, Layali Lobnan, baklava, Atayef.
It made of sugar, water, lemon juice, blossom and rose water.
I always make it ahead of time so this way I always have it ready in my refrigerator.
Lebanese or Arabic desserts is not hard to make it's just a lot of steps you should do, and I'm here to make it easy for you.

Ready in: 10 mins
Yields: about 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp blossom water
- 1 tsp rose water
Directions
- In a small saucepan, add the sugar and water. turn the heat on high and let them boil.
- Add the lemon juice, blossom and rose water and bring them to boil again.
- Turn the heat on medium-low, and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until thickness.
Refrigerate when cool!
