Healthy Chipotle Chicken Wrap Recipe Chipotle Chicken Wrap is very delicious, healthy and satisfying. This recipe is extremely easy to make and it's perfect for meal prep.  Chipotle or chipotle, which comes from the Nahunta word chilpoctli, is a smoke-dried jalapeno. it is a chili used primarily in Mexican. I got a can of chipotle pepper and I thought i'm gonna use all of it, but I opened it and tried it and OMG! This is super hot. It really makes a difference to the flavor of the chicken, and also adds moisture. NO OIL. You're going to add oil to the pan and it's enough and you will still get the juiciest chicken. Don't worry. Floral Blue Dress  Get invited to parties, wedding or showers was the hardest thing to me . Sometimes, I find my style-dress but it would be sleeveless or short sleeve. OK FINE, I can wear jacket over it right? or, I can layer it with long sleeve T-Shirt?. I think if it's black it will work fine, but I can't stick with black all the time . How about if I need to pick different colors (light colors). Yes it was struggle to me till I decided to change the style. Now, I always look for long sleeves maxi dresses, it really made my life easier, and I'm always ready for any occasion, YES!! and I get excited :). I wore this dress for bridal shower. A çai  Bowl Recipe It's the best filling and refreshing breakfast meal EVER!. Its  " A çai Bowl ". A çai is a south American palm tree producing small edible blackish-purple berries. A çai is very high in antioxidants and fiber, it boosts skin health (prevent early signs of aging), and might help you loose weight and lower cholesterol. How did I know about  A çai? Well, I was searching for ice cream places that serve different-unique looking. I found a place next to my house (Bowl Of Heaven), I didn't know they make  A çai bowl, but I went and tried it and I fell in love with it. I  can definitely see why they are popular. BUT you have to see how much calories it has, some of them 400 calories, but of course I chose the lowest calories they have in the Menu. Since then, I started to look for  A çai , I found frozen A çai puree and it's like 70-80 calories, and  A çai powder 20 calories. I got the  A çai powder and I did it myself and it was 150 calories includ

Yellow Lentil Soup Recipe(Mediterranean Lentil Soup) Ingredients 11/2 cups Red Lentil 1 onion 2 carrots 3 medium potatoes 1 squash 8 cups of water 1 tbsp. cumin salt Instructions Rinse the lentil well. Dice the onion, carrots , squash and potatoes. In a large pot, combine all ingredients(onion, carrots, potatoes, squash, water, cumin and salt). Bring them to a boil, then let simmer for about 20  minutes. Using hand blender or blender blend the mixture until it's puree . Let it simmer
