Mango Frozen Yogurt













This creamy mango smoothie bowl is ready in less than 5 minutes.

This recipe is so simple and it made of 3 ingredients, frozen mango , Greek yogurt and honey. It's healthy and no artificial flavor. It's great choice if you are trying to cut calories or loose weight.



















I've become smoothie bowl addict. It's thick as if you're having frozen yogurt, "Homemade Frozen Yogurt". Imagine Ice Cream and without machine. WOW!

I could eat smoothie bowl for snacks or whenever I crave sugar.





I love making my own smoothie bowl at home, where I can add whatever I want to it, whether protein powder or collagen powder. Also, I can choose making them as thick and creamy as I prefer, and add my favorite toppings.

When I make my smoothie bowl with Greek Yogurt I don't actually add protein powder, since it is high in protein . I recommend plain yogurt with no added flavor.

But because it's heat and super warm summer months , we need something cooling and refreshing , something more tropical - always summer has his own style, bright colors.
Ice cream is part of summer , but now we are talking  more about healthy ice cream , healthy frozen yogurt, healthy smoothie bowl, Mango and Cream smoothie.
This Mango Froze Yogurt is ready near instantly.

Mango Frozen Yogurt 






Ingredients


  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 tbsp.honey 



  • 1\3 cup plain Greek yogurt(non fat- or full fat)

















Instructions



  1. Add the frozen mango first to the food processor or blender. Process it until creamy, about 2- 3 minutes.


  2. Add the honey and Greek yogurt to the blender or food processer and blend them well,  scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and top it with cereal I used bran flakes, blueberries, coconut and chia seeds
