 It's creamy, fruity, sweet, nutritious, very satisfying and rich.






















Are Smoothie Bowls Healthy?




Fruits have natural sugar, they contain vitamins, anti-oxidants, fibers and minerals. There are lots of nutrients in them that are important for health.

It comes down to the type and portion that you choose.

For example. This peach banana protein smoothie bow is 300 calories without the topping. But, here what I do to enjoy with no guilt. I usually have my husband share it with me OR I have it as a meal replacement.

Ingredients


  • 1 cup frozen peach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop of protein powder 

  • 4-5 tbsp. almond milk


For the toppings1 tsp


  • 1 tsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp. dried strawberries

  • sliced peaches

  • 1/4 tsp chia seeds












Direction



    1. Put fruits, frozen peaches and frozen banana in a blender and process them.



    2. Add the protein powder and almond milk. Process them until everything well combined. you might need to stop processing and mix using fork or spoon, and mix again until you have the right consistency. It should be smooth and slightly thick.



    3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add the toppings.



    4. Serve immediately.
