Strawberry and Cream Smoothie
I was super excited to try out Strawberry And Cream Smoothie. It's rich and creamy, sweet and delicious.
Here in this recipe I used Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Light &Fit), you can also use plain Greek yogurt, this way you have to add maple syrup or honey to sweeten.
I usually have smoothie right after my workout, something fill me up and healthy at the same time. We all know that Greek yogurt is a significant source of protein and it can be found in 2 percent fat and 0 percent. Also is a wholesome and nutritious snack.
Let's get into the recipe...
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp. rice Krispy cereal
- sliced strawberries for topping
- 2 tbsp. walnuts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- First blend strawberries until smooth, add Greek yogurt and blend well.
- Transfer to a bowl and top it with cereal, strawberries, walnuts and chia seeds.
- Drizzle the yogurt on top.
