Strawberry and Cream Smoothie 






I was super excited to try out Strawberry And Cream Smoothie. It's rich and creamy, sweet and delicious.

Here in this recipe I used Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Light &Fit), you can also use plain Greek yogurt, this way you have to add maple syrup or honey to sweeten.









I usually have smoothie right after my workout, something fill me up and healthy at the same time. We all know that Greek yogurt is a significant source of protein and it can be found in 2 percent fat and 0 percent. Also is a wholesome and nutritious snack.

Let's get into the recipe...













Easy, yummy and creamy smoothie.











Ingredients:



  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 2 tbsp. rice Krispy cereal

  • sliced strawberries for topping

  • 2 tbsp. walnuts

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 Direction:

  1. First blend strawberries until smooth, add Greek yogurt and blend well.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and top it with cereal, strawberries, walnuts and chia seeds.

  3. Drizzle the yogurt on top.
