Sweet Cheese Roll Recipe- تحضير حلاوة الجبن Sweet cheese roll is an arabic dessert, made of semolina, cheese , water and sugar. This recipe is very tasty and the dough is soft and sweet. They usually use Ikawi cheese(different kind of cheese), but here in my recipe i’ll be using mozzarella cheese because it’s easy and fast to melt. This Date sauce (Dates Paste) is a healthy sugar substitute. Dates are very sweet and also have a caramel taste, they make the  perfect healthier version candy bars, like Twix ,snickers or Mars. This Date sauce recipe is so quick and easy to make. Just by blending dates and water. If using pitted dates, soak them before and then blend them. Recipe: Ingredients 1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted 1/2 cup water Method Add Medjool dates and water to a high speed blender. Blend until very smooth, scraping the sides as needed . Transfer date paste to a jar and store in the fridge for up to a week. Use it in your favorite recipes. I I like to add it to my smoothie with banana, cacao and nut butter. Energy balls and protein bars, also with muffins and cakes.

Healthy Chocolate Chips Oatmeal Cookies Healthy, nutritious and delicious chocolate chips cookies. A perfect healthy snack or breakfast which can be ready in less than 30 mins. Ingredients 1 1/2 cup oat flour 3/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup peanut butter powder (PB fit) 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey(I used sugar-free maple flavor) 1/4 cup sweetener (I used Monk fruit) 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 tsp baking soda pinch of salt 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil 1/2 to 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Instruction Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Combine egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, sweetener, coconut oil and applesauce until well mixed. Add in oat flour, rolled oats, peanut butter powder (PB fit), baking soda and pinch of salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Dough should be sticky.
