Sweet Cheese Roll Recipe- تحضير حلاوة الجبن Sweet cheese roll is an arabic dessert, made of semolina, cheese , water and sugar. This recipe is very tasty and the dough is soft and sweet. They usually use Ikawi cheese(different kind of cheese), but here in my recipe i’ll be using mozzarella cheese because it’s easy and fast to melt.
