how many donuts do you usually eat when you buy ready fried donuts from krispy kreme or dunkin' donuts or any other places.

Okay I remember my last time I ate donuts I ate 5!!!!and some of them were filled, and nothing less than 200 calories. Yes and I could eat the rest but I stopped myself and remind myself that these are zero nutrients. I also ended up doing HIIT cardio just to make myself feel better after all the guiltiness that I felt.

Well here a great healthy chocolate donuts you can try with Guilt-Free.

Almond flour is very nutritious. It's rich in vitamin E and magnesium. It's high in protein, low in carbs and naturally gluten free.

1/4 cup of almond flour has 180 calories, 15g total fat, 5g carbohydrates, 3g dietary fiber, 1g sugar, 6g protein.

1/4 cup of all purpose flour has about 100 calories, 0g fat, 22g carbohydrates, less than 1g dietary fiber, 3g protein.

You can substitute Almond flour for all purpose flour 1:1 ratio.
