Does Tahini go bad?
I would say homemade Tahini can last no longer than 2 months, that's why I say do this batch every 2 months. The store Tahini it an lasts for 6 months and longer if you store it in the refrigerator, you always can microwave before use.
What is the best oil to use in Tahini Recipe?
I personally use vegetable oil or canola oil, you need neutral oil here. o it doesn't change the flavor of your Tahini. But you can use any other neutral oil like grape seeds oil.
