Healthy Chocolate Muffins are so tasty, moist and delicious. These Chocolate Muffins are guilty free treat and they are great choice when it comes to dessert.



















While I will always love my Chocolate Bundt Marble Cake, I decided to switch up the recipe and try something new and use healthier ingredients.

Healthy Chocolate Muffin





Ingredients




  • 3/4 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup oats flour

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil(melted)

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp. honey

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips



Direction


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C), Place muffin cups in a muffin tin.

  2. In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted coconut oil into the mashed banana. 

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with fork for about minute and a half, until the white and yolks combined. Add the coconut sugar, honey, greek yogurt, vanilla, mashed banana and coconut oil, whisk to combine.

  4. In another bowl, add the dry ingredients, whole wheat flour, oats flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder. Stir to combine.

  5. Add the egg mixture (wet ingredients) to the dry ingredients. stir until just combined. Now add the water and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix again.

  6. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 of the way up.

  7. Bake for 20 mins. Let cool for 5-10 mins before serving.
