Potato Soufflé It's an easy recipe for such a comforting dish suitable for cold fall days. I used Italian breadcrumbs, which forms a delicious crust on the bottom and the top of the Soufflé, you could use plain breadcrumbs but the Italian gives it an amazing flavor. A crust on the bottom, followed by potato dough, filled with ground beef, covered with potato dough and styled with Italian bread crumbs Sounds Amazing right? Sometimes it feels so good to return to our childhood. Potato Soufflé and salad next to it has been my favorite meal, and I can never get bored of it. Potato Soufflé could be main course, also it could be side dish. It could be filled with vegetable instead of meat.(My mother In Law made it once and it's so delicious).
