It's super easy and the results turn super delicious!
Add whatever veggies you have. Recently I'm loving broccoli so much ,and I'm adding it with every meal I cook. I washed the potatoes and broccoli and cut them, sprinkle bbq spices, salt and pepper.
I always try to cook healthy. Olive oil is healthy but careful.i just added 1 tbsp. of olive oil for the sheet pan, you can add a little bit more, or you can do what I did I sprayed Pam over the seasoned veggies.

Now, for the steak, I seasoned them with apple cider vinegar,olive oil, garlic, lemon ,salt & pepper, steak spices and fresh rosemary.
I love over cooked food. I cooked them for 45 minutes-400F.

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak(flap meat)
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1 sweet potatoes
- broccoli
- 2 tbsp. olive oil-spraying oil (pam)
- 1 tbsp. steak seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. lemon
- rosemary
- 1/4 tsp bbq spices
- apple cider vinegar
Direction
- Preheat oven 400F.
- In a bowl, add 1tbsp of olive oil, garlic, lemon, vinegar, steak seasoning, salt and pepper for the marinade. Add the steak to the marinade.
- Coat the sheet pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Place the potatoes and broccoli in a single layer onto the pan. Add bbq spices,salt and pepper. Spray them with nonstick spray (pam).
- Put a wire rack on top of the potatoes and broccoli and place the steak on top. Add the fresh rosemary on top of the steak.
- Cook for about 30 minutes , until veggies softened and steak until desired doneness.
