Do you want to enjoy a well-prepared, home-cooked meals, fast?






Of course! Right.


Well today I prepared 4 freezer marinades for chicken. you can freeze it up to 3 months.


when you want to cook them, thaw the chicken overnight and bake it or grill it, also you can crockpot it





4 freezer marinades for chicken






For Chicken Teriyaki






Ingredients:


  • 3lbs chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1tbsp brown sugar

  • 3tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

  • salt & pepper



ANOTHER 2 tbsp. of soy sauce, 2 tsp corn starch while cooking  it.


and some more sesame seeds and green onion for garnish.





Direction:


  1. In a large bowl, add and whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, salt & pepper.

  2. Add the chicken to the bowl and mix well with the sauce.

  3. Add the marinated chicken to the Ziploc or container, and freeze.



when you want to cook it, thaw the meat overnight, add chicken to skillet and cook it for about 10 minutes, after add the extra soy sauce mixed with cornstarch, and let them simmer until the sauce has thickened about 5 minutes.

For Nutmeg-Orange Chicken






Ingredients:


  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 2 cloves

  • 1/2 tsp all spice

  • salt



Direction:






In a large bowl, add and whisk together orange juice, olive oil, garlic, nutmeg, cloves, all spice and salt. Add the chicken and mix well with the sauce. Put them in a Ziploc bag or container and freeze.


when you want to cook it, thaw the chicken overnight, and cook the chicken 3-4 minutes each or until well cooked.

For Herb Chicken





Ingredients:


  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • salt & pepper



Direction:





In a large bowl, add and whisk together olive oil, coriander, dried parsley, oregano and basil, paprika, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper. Add the chicken and mix well with sauce . Put them in a Ziploc bag or container and freeze. when you want to cook it, thaw the chicken overnight, and cook the chicken 3-4 minutes each or until well cooked.

For Cilantro-Lemon Chicken






Ingredients:


  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro

  • 1 tsp garlic

  • salt 



Direction:






In a large bowl, add and whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, cilantro, garlic, and salt. Add the chicken and mix well with sauce . Put them in a Ziploc bag or container and freeze. when you want to cook it, thaw the chicken overnight, and cook the chicken 3-4 minutes each or until well cooked.
