These Anise Cookies are the most delicious cookies you can bake. They are crunchy, not too sweet and I consider it as healthy cookie. It is usually presented with a cup of coffee or tea or juice. To me it's a yummy snack.

Anise Cookie Ring:Middle Eastern Anise Cookies:
About 50 cookies
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 c sugar
3/4 vegetable oil
2 tbsp. anise seeds
4 c flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
11/2 baking powder
1/4 baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, beat egg at medium speed with n electric mixer until bubbly,ad vanilla,sugar and oil,mix them well. Add in the anise seeds , baking powder, baking soda and mix. Sift flour and add them gradually. Beat at low speed just until mixture forms a dough.
Roll cookies into ring shapes and bake on greased pan for 15-20 minutes until golden, and broil 3-5 minutes until golden.
